Talent is in demand

One in five Americans has a disability. About 20% of the employees, applicants and customers for any given business will have a disability, a number that is expected to rise in the next decade.

Building disability inclusiveness into workplace practices is not just about legal compliance or charity. It is quickly becoming a business imperative. The purpose of this project is to enable employers to realize competitive advantage by enhancing their disability inclusiveness.

Using both online learning experiences and in-person events, the project promotes disability inclusiveness by building collaborations and crafting new strategies for New Jersey businesses and the disability community.
